A big-memory Mac Studio, rented whole, by the month.
Unified memory lets the CPU and GPU share one large pool, which is what makes Mac Studio good at running large local models, video encoding, 3D rendering and multi-user workstations. It runs on residential broadband in Vancouver, Canada, with an administrator account. From US$279/month.

FAQ
How large a model can a 96 GB Mac Studio run?
As a rough guide, 4-bit quantization needs about 0.55–0.6 GB per billion parameters, plus room for the context cache and the system. 70B-class models at 4-bit or 6-bit fit comfortably. macOS lets the GPU use about three quarters of unified memory by default; this can be raised with sysctl.
Mac Studio or Mac mini M5 Pro?
The Mac mini M5 Pro tops out at 64 GB. Mac Studio M5 Max offers 36–64 GB with a 32–40-core GPU, and M5 Ultra starts at 96 GB with a 64-core GPU. Large models, video encoding and multi-user setups benefit from the extra memory and GPU.
Can my team share one?
Yes. With the administrator account you can create a macOS user for each person; everyone signs in over SSH or Screen Sharing. The machine is never shared with other customers.
